I've performed a variety of functions, including programming, technical sales & marketing support, project management, data analysis, business analysis and market research. This diversity affords me the opportunity to see challenges from many different perspectives. It also allows me to have a more balanced approach to problems and to better communicate with clients and team members in other functional positions.In addition to performing a wide variety of functions, I've had a comparable variety of training and education, such as a very technical computer science degree, an MBA, extensive project management courses and sales training like Holden Power base Selling®.While most of my work is that of an individual contributor, I have been a team leader in my last 4 positions. I absolutely like teaching and mentoring and feel it allows me to grow as well.In summary: Technology Foundation + Business Acumen + Project Management + Leadership.
