CurrentExion Corp – 1/7/2012 – presentBranch Manager / New Business Development / HR & IRSALES & MARKETING:• Attend to all existing Customers – electronically and in person• Marketing of products to new Client and maximisation to exiting Clients• Schedule and attend Appointment • Complete New Client Visit document & conduct needs analysis• Preparing Quotations / Invoices for Orders• Establish ongoing relationship• Add new Clients to MailChimp• Obtain New Client Information Form and Signed T&C’s • Arrange for Credit Check Approval if Client requires Account facilities• Ensure POP is received prior to delivery / collection for non-account Clients• Follow up on outstanding Debtors• Legal – assist with any issues that require legal action to be taken by Attorneys (all Branches) HR/IR – ALL BRANCHES:• Attend to all related issues such as: Written Warnings / Contracts / SOP’s / Statutory Requirements / Disciplinary Hearings / CCMA Cases • Recruitment for all Branches - advertising / screening / shortlisting / 1st Interview /arrange Interview with CEO or COODOCUMENTATION:• POD’s – every document signed• Petty Cash – submit monthly reconciliation with all expense slips • Vehicle Log – submit monthly Trip Sheet • Monthly Report – Submit Pivot Report • SWIT – enter all activities onto the system for OKR purposesSTOCK:• Conduct regular Stock Counts• Stock on Hand list – maintain updated Stock Lists • Responsible for collating information from Branches for better forecasting OTHER DUTIES:• Proof reading & rewrite of mailers / emails / company documents and anything else required• Insurance – ensure that all details are up to date / report claims / new vehicle addition / Tracker• Research - contact and facilitate new suppliers and business opportunities• PA – prepare Minutes of Meetings for Director / arrange Virtual Meetings / draft email documents• Liaison with Landlord re: anything to do with the DBN / CT / JHB premises
