I manage all new patient referrals for the practice, and recruit new referral sources to increase provider caseloads. My core role is managing the interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs we offer, including work hardening , work conditioning and function restorations. I track admissions, obtain authorizations, facilitate weekly meetings with an interdisciplinary team of MDs, psychologists, patients and case managers, and monitor client progress through the program to maximize outcomes and return to work.
