While today's leaders are at the helm, we will face questions our predecessors did not and inherit a set of business tensions without precedent. I believe strategy and innovation have a critical role to play, but that current practices are incomplete, uninspired and out of step with the needs of today’s business leaders. This is having a negative pull on business performance, strategic progress, and team morale.
