I'm founder of Mighty, an innovative strategy company built for this unique generation of business leaders. While today's leaders are at the helm, we will face questions our predecessors did not and inherit a set of business tensions without precedent. I believe strategy and innovation have a critical role to play, but that current practices are incomplete, uninspired and out of step with the needs of today’s business leaders.
