U.S. Treasury representative to monthly meeting of the Paris Club for rescheduling and refinancing of sovereign government debt. Conducted an informational mission to Democratic Republic of the Congo to discuss options for debt renegotiation. Provided financial analysis and backstopping on eligible U.S. loans to head of delegation. Also provided risk analysis on U.S. bank lending to emerging markets in the inter-agency regulatory group.
