Project Mgt of ODM/OEM supply chain readiness including new program introduction and ramp, management of programs for volume, quality and cost from "cradle to grave" in a high-mix, complex environment. Coordinate all EDI setups for HP via HTC (plant, new systems or new procedures). Evaluate material position and obsolescence weekly. Prepare executive summaries on critical shortages and submit final obsolescence packages for sign-off at program EOL. Review AP aging monthly and reconcile accounts. •Recognized for reducing Workstation Obsolescence from $13.9 million to $1.6 million by developing key drill down procedures and championing the project to product engineers, marketing, management and Geos.•Developed a worldwide INUB (incremental net unit billed) summary report for Workstation Core Team, that produced a clear picture of our problems and how to correct them, which greatly reduced INUBs for the division.•Managed PCA’s by interfacing effectively with all manufacturing sites, purchasing, and engineering to assure a smooth build transition upon the closure of our Singapore Plant for Workstation Division.•Implemented and managed Inventory Control process for corporate Workstations program managers.
