With a steadfast focus on achieving targets and driving results, I really enjoy generating business development opportunities across all market segments, resulting in tangible sales outcomes for the three hotels.In an ever-evolving market landscape it is all about having agility and the ability to diversify into different market segments. Over the past three years, it has taken resilience to navigate through the extreme pressures while keeping a sharp eye on potential avenues for business growth. This adaptability proved pivotal during the pandemic, where we captured new market segments with unwavering determination.Even before the pandemic hit in March 2020, I did recognize the importance of market segment diversification. I am not a believer in "put all your eggs in one basket." With corporate clientele accounting for over 65% of our pre-pandemic business from Monday to Thursday, I took the lead in exploring untapped markets. By tapping into the area's major projects and sporting bodies. My focus extends beyond rooms, and I am a strong advocate for generating ancillary spend across all hotel outlets. I place a great emphasis on our online presence, leveraging it to win both domestic and international business for leisure and corporate needs. I work very closely with e-commerce and our agency. During challenging times, I become an innovative thinker. My idea of creating a drone and 3D video tour of the hotel received overwhelming support, showcasing her influence and foresight. This initiative not only boosted team morale but also secured significant business contracts within the first few months of its launch. I do feel very much part of a team, and my multifaceted contributions has led to a remarkable transformation of our business supported by all my supportive peers in all the three hotels.
