I specialise in sports law with a particular focus on football. I advise professional clubs, players and agents on football regulatory matters (including on all aspects of player transfers, player contracts, immigration / work permit requirements). I also represent clients before football dispute forums at a domestic and international level including before FIFA, UEFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. I advise sports and other rights holders on commercial matters, including sponsorship, endorsement, event organisation (including tours) and the exploitation of their domestic and international television, radio, internet and mobile rights.I am Head of the Latin American Desk at Mills & Reeve. As a Spanish speaker, I regularly advise Spanish and Latin American clubs, players and agents on contentious and non contentious sports law matters.I am a FIFA Mediator and I lecture domestically and internationally on sports law issues.
