Led purchasing & commercial credit card product team. Maintained 90% customer retention rate. Grew revenue in excess of 10% annually. In May 2012 successfully delivered on technically & operationally complex 14 month processor conversion project.

Managed the card team responsible for direct marketing, account acquisition, activation and retention for our consumer and commercial credit card portfolios and a travel rewards card program targeting affluent clients. My team successfully implemented a host of complex changes required by the Credit CARD Act of 2009.

Grew revenue to $750 million through targeted cross sell to existing clients, product line and geography expansion. Negotiated mutually beneficial card program agreements with more than 50 affinity partners.

Sold merchant processing services to new clients and upgraded existing clients to more technically efficient means of processing. Additional responsibilities included: evaluating customer needs, pricing our services, installing equipment, training users, and providing on-going service to ensure customer satisfaction.
