As business owner of the Modern Butcher Shop, Carol and her husband Tony managed a tightly-run operation, serving customers in the Northeast Philadelphia with the finest cuts of meats and delicacies.We believe that the, "customer is always right" and made it a practice to go above and beyond in providing a great experience. This is a practice that Carol keeps to this very day with her current business.Carol and Tony provided personal service to each customer, making it a habit to remember customer preferences.She answered phones, took orders for pick up and waited on customers at the counter. Carol also cooked custom dishes for customers including meatball, chicken DeRose, Veal Parmesan, and other delicious treats. They catered parties and provided sliced lunch meats. They served a sit down dinner for 500 people for fundrasing and catered weddings and proms.Carol enjoyed working with her customers, and developing relationships one person at a time.
