• Consistent leader on the Roche medical Diabetes sales rep team, achieving dominant market share, a high level of sales and growth targets, while building positive customer relations in Manitoba• Initiate, develop and execute various successful sales and marketing strategies for new and existing diabetes lancet products and services• Analyze annual and quarterly sales results, identify areas of opportunity by creating tactical and strategic plan to improve long term marketing and sales goals • Ability to develop strong, trusting and thriving relationships with pharmacists, nurses, doctors, specialists, and Diabetes education centres, support effectiveness to close partnership deals in a timely manner • Initiate creative interactive and educational promotional displays at trade shows with objective to educate, represent and demonstrate strengths of company products and services• Spearhead educational sales presentations for all Roche Diabetes medical devices and services at medical training facilities as well with General Practitioners and Specialists, aiming to enlighten these key stakeholders, build strong relationships, and keep Roche top of mind when discussing optimal diabetic patient care• Ensure customer requirements, questions and concerns are addressed promptly, in a professional and tactful manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
