Carol has spent the past two decades as an entrepreneur, growing her family I.T. consulting business, RDC Networks, with her husband, going on to win the Milton Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year 2015. Since moving to Milton in 2008 with her husband and two sons, Carol founded Milton Business Connections, a monthly meetup group for like-minded entrepreneurs looking to meet and grow their business as well as holding yearly charitable fundraisers in the local community. To date, Carol’s charities have collectively raised over $10,000 for the Milton District Hospital Foundation and United Way of MIlton. Carol remains a part of TedX Milton, a theatre group that holds performances at the Milton Centre for the Arts, as well as having sat on the Boards of United Way of Milton and Veterans Helping Veterans.
