She’s an accessible, accountable and accomplished commercial real estate (CRE) professional who forms long-term client-advisor relationships and manages clients’ investments impeccably, as if they’re her own.She brought stature to RM&D when she joined at founder Jeff Kirby’s request — she was a respected CRE senior executive who’d worked in two competitive markets. Assuming all property management and brokerage responsibilities for several assets, she quickly proved herself exceptionally qualified to lead RM&D.Carole’s achievements at RM&D thus far include:— Generating $20-plus million in transactional revenue.— Co-creating the investment group buyer of 1 E. In this position, Carole managed the $44.6 million, Northern Nevada commercial real estate portfolio of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company (NMLIC), which encompassed 2.1 million square feet of industrial property and 95-plus tenants. She managed and mentored five staff members, managed tenants and vendor relationships, maintained occupancy, met tenancy and budget requirements, and oversaw building and property maintenance.
