I began my career with Allstate Insurance Company in 1980 in the Seattle Underwriting Dept. In 1983, I transferred to the Regional Operations Center as an Auto Processor. In 1990, I became a Trainer and Auditor in the Training and Compliance Department. In 1994, I transferred to Roanoke, Virginia, to join the Customer Service and Satisfaction Team. I then returned to the Northwest Region in 2001 and joined the Customer Care Team where I handled Department of Insurance complaints, escalated complaints and the Agent Change process. In 2008, I was promoted to my current role of the Agency Establishment Coordinator and have recently been promoted to Agency Establishment Consultant II.

Astound Broadband is a company providing Internet, Cable and Phone services. I provided excellent customer experience for existing and new customers. Answered incoming calls and made some outbound. First call resolution on all calls from billing questions and taking payments, internet & equipment troubleshoot, and scheduled tech visits when required.
