- Supervising the accounting department, the internal control team, the planning and analysis team, at the headquarters in France and in the subsidiaries (20 people).- Defining and Implementing investment criteria policy, sharing the investment strategy for 2010-2012.- Modeling global projects: Quality policy, Purchasing strategy, Commissioning, Subsidiary headoffice restructuration, Loss prevention plan.- Producing a reporting dedicated to Stockholders, Members of the Executive Committee and Business Owners.- Managing auditors and tax controllers with for the latest, an emphasis on price transfer and inventory depreciation.

- Supervising monthly (D+5), biannual and annual (D+10) closing.- Animating the budget process and all the rolling forecast exercices.- Creating and structuring IFRS and French Gaap reporting.- Selecting and implementaing a reporting tool (Hyperion Essbase) : Shortening the reporting delivery, Improving the quality of the analysis and the visibility of shops’ KPIs.- Creating an audit process focused on stores.

- Conducting the monthly and annual Closing.- Reporting to the CEO of VUN and to VU Finance division.- Engineering VUN cost-model, and building the rolling forecast every 2 months.- Migrating VUN Los Angeles from JDE to Coda, as the new corporate accounting system.- Managing the Finance team in Paris and in Los Angeles (5 people).- Closing VUN Los Angeles (transfered to Universal Music) and VUN Paris : launching the asset transfer and resell, supervising the closure or transfer of current contracts, enforcing the customer payment recovery and producing the restructuring budget.

- Creating a consolidated reporting (entities based in Paris, Los Angeles, Hanover and London). - Constructing the Budget and rolling forecast every quarter, and communicating to the operationals.- Implementing control processes and coordinating local Financial managers.
