About Carole Gray
I am a dynamic Human Resources Technician with varied knowledge and experience. I put into practice what I know while challenging myself to develop new skills. I am a dedicated and determined worker who is trustworthy, organized, and efficient. I am able to use my 20 years of retail customer service, management, and organizational experience in an exciting position working for an organization that serves the public. I work closely with employees and administrators to maintain their Florida Educators Certification. I provide support for the applicant tracking system and the sub finder system, and track all employee evaluations. Create reports for vacancy listings, substitute fill rates, and certification tracking. I worked almost twenty years for a retail chain expanding my experience and knowledge of business. Experience gained by working over fifteen years on the store side of retail assisting customers and managing associates while running the cash office.
