The majority of her 21 years service have been spent in operational environments both in IT and the business.Carole's key strengths within the Leadership identity are in Influence and this is evidenced in the strong lasting relationships she has built within the organisation over the years. Carole is happy in her current role however this may change over the next couple of years when she may seek new challenges. Carole is based in West Yorkshire.
