Rail freight corridors, governance and rolling stock maintenance activity inside the Belgian railways were my key fields of action between 1992 and 2003. I have played a key role in the establishment of the Belgian infrastructure manager and of the Belgian regulatory and safety bodies, that have contributed to open the access to the Belgian railway infrastructure to new comers. Just after I took part in the European Railway Agency Board of Directors until 2011. I enforced my management, law and governance skills by training in mediation and collective intelligence. I have several experiences in setting up companies or associations in Belgium and some in coaching and teaching/training, that allowed me to discover and support some very exciting personalities and projects. I have extensive knowledge in the field of railroads, mobility and mediation. After my first lobbying experience at ERFA (European Rail Freight Association) in 2018-2019, I am proud to be today the messenger of the European Rail Rolling Stock Lessors who offer the chance to all the European railway undertakings to carry out wonderful transport projects for European companies (freight) and citizens (passengers).
