My strengths as a marketer, event planner, communicator, creator, manager, team member or any role I fulfill boil down to me being in tune with others'​ needs. I believe in servant leadership – the way to being successful is in serving others'​ needs. My abilities to understand the mindset of others, to put myself in the shoes of others and in caring how others fare helps me get to the heart of what I am working to accomplish. To me, marketing – and life, really – many times is summed up by one of my favorite quotes from Maya Angelou: “At the end of the day people won't remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel.”
