To assist with the forecast spares requirements, to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained and parts are available for Service works. To provide product support to Service Sales Engineers through the production of cost estimating in relation to company products for variations and additional parts as required. To maintain an understanding of the Company’s service administration requirements and identify any additional areas where improvements and efficiencies can be made. To maintain accurate records in order for all work carried out and ensure accurate, proactive submission of invoices where appropriate, and update the appropriate Database.
