About Carole H.

Starting with a "Big-Box" real estate brokerage I gained a great deal of experience in all phases of residential real estate sales from primary homes, to investment properties to "fix-n-flips." Following which, I was recruited by a well known local real estate developer in the Denver market and spent 3 years working with the development team learning about commercial properties, land acquisition and development as well as managing the sales staff. When plans for the next phase of residential real estate development stalled I opened a boutique style real estate brokerage with my 2 partners-my husband Greg Higgins and my niece Kristina Minor. Being located in the Santa Fe Art's District we focused on real estate and development opportunities there and in other areas targeted by various city offices such as The Mayor's Office of Economic Development and/or located in the Free Enterprise Zone.In late 2011 Greg and I took a leap of faith and moved to Suttons Bay MI to open another Cygnus Real Estate Brokerage. Cygnus Denver continues as a western/south western base of operations with Michigan as the mid-west and eastern base of operations.Specialties: Commercial properties, Investment properties, Distress properties, development analysis, rental analysis, unusual properties, residential properties. We are adept at evaluating business properties and selling them.
