As a financial markets specialist, I provided essential fast-paced support to brokers, traders, portfolio manager, analysts, and other financial professionals. This support includes, but is not limited to: functionality of a real-time quote software application, complex charting analysis, trading rules/regulations for all North American exchanges, and breaking news/government economic indicators. In this position I gained vast knowledge in financial markets including global equities, global indices/futures, North American and European commodities/futures, and options. I also completed a 5 month course of intensive study in the fixed income market. This included bond strategies, credit risk, and securitization of MBS and ABS instruments.
