- Developed and supervised new series such as Final Fu, Stankervision, along with the first interactive music series known as Discover and Download and the experimental Video Mods, a blend of video game characters and music videos. - Created and developed the first ever MTV2 award show, All That Rocks which included short form programming and stunts across all digital platforms.- Helped guide MTV2 to its highest rated year in 2006.- Interfaced day-to-day with all facets of the channel including Ad Sales, Integrated Marketing, Online, VOD, Music, News, On-Air Promos, and New Business Development. - Supervised staff and freelance team of 25 people.

- Helped develop, supervise and manage both reality and scripted series including Tough Enough, Wildboyz and The Tom Green Show.- Supervised and managed reality and scripted series including Jackass, Real World, Road Rules, Fraternity Life and Sorority Life, Surf Girls, Taildaters, Undressed, BioRhythm.- Responsibilities included casting, approving story lines, story editing, formatting, etc.

Produced shows and events including: Video Music Awards, Rock in Rio, The State series, Foo Fighters in London, Spring Break, New Year’s Eve.

General administrative duties along with research on various events and productions. Also production assisted on various events (New Year’s Eve, Back To School, etc.)
