A combination of direct instruction, independent or group work at learning stations and a Teacher Station for small group tutorials and individual assistance is ideal for the 21st Century learner.Since the original research at Florida State University there have been annual updates as well as numerous independent studies that document the effectiveness of the CHILD instructional system.
