Coordinated with construction contractor to ensure timelines were in sync, ensured University of Washington IT and IT Services Network teams (ITS) plans were aligned, end user and point of sale devices were installed, Telecommunications and the system environments were ready for implementation. Completed nine new Epic Departments, and three Cerner inpatient departments within six months of helping while the Associate Director was in the recruiting and hiring process.• Established Facility ITS Program Operations standards and tools and continually looked at improving efficiencies for the teams.
