Advises students in degree planning by analyzing skills and goals.Retrieves and inputs information to SunGard Banner Database.Greets public and students and directs them to the appropriate faculty member. Takes and distributes accurate messages.Develops documents, reports and correspondence.Maintained supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels.Communicates with faculty members and professors regarding day-to-day activitiesMaintains calendars and schedules appointments for students to meet with academic advisors. Provides students with requested Financial Aid information. Updates students on Federal Student Aid processes.
