I joined Aidan, my husband, full time at 23ccc in March 2009. The marketing and design agency was growing rapidly and requiring a full time account manager to deal with the day-to-day running of the office and accounts system, thus enabling Aidan to grow the business within the digital world, creating outstanding websites for new and existing clients.My role quickly developed, thanks to the advent of social media, I became the eyes and ears in the social media world for our clients, managing their accounts and building their online presence and relationships. Within this role, we won prestigious awards for our clients, for their social media presence and website design.The business has now far outpaced the traditional marketing and design agency, and is now concentrated around the heavy-weight development of bespoke web-based applications and websites for clients in the UK and abroad, with both Aidan and Developer, Matt, developing some pretty clever systems from our beautiful offices in Willoughby House, Stamford.

Building relationships with introducers and introducing business on, to insurance agencies, estate agencies, Banks and Building Societies.

Working alongside new build developers, such as Persimmon Homes, Larkfleet and Jelson, enabling their purchasers to get the best mortgage and protection in place for the purchase of their new home, whether for commercial, buy to let, or residential purposes.Also building relationships with estate agents and solicitors in the local area, to introduce clients to our services and strengthening those relationships through referring potential clients back to those businesses.

Supporting the estate agency in offering mortgage and mortgage protection advice and recommendation to their clients. Also trained and qualified as an estate agent, often carrying out viewings on potential properties with my clients.

After training as an Area Customer Advisor was promoted to managing branches of the Building Society, managing the team, sales, cash handling, audits, regulatory inspections and continuing CPD.Branches managed within the city of Peterborough; Millfield, Hampton and Werrington. Previous roles at the Society included was Postmaster, Investment Department Supervisor (within this role was the handling of the transition from TESSAs and PEPs to ISAs).CeMAP qualified.
