My sales strategy is designed to close deluxe homes quicker and with better results for my clients. Many homeowners and investors are having difficulties. I am focused on Short Sales and Foreclosures to improve their situation. I am an Accredited Distressesed Property Representative, Short Sale Certified, and I have the BPO-R designation. I have also taken classes from the Five Star Institute which focus on marketing REO properties. My E-PRO class aids me in marketing homes throughout the Internet.
