Gentle Transitions services seniors who are moving from their current homes to a senior living community. We help them with all aspects of the move, from making selections of what to take, packing the items and helping redecorate their new dwelling, all the while supporting them both professionally and emotionally. Some of the techniques we use are: Items are placed in similar locations so the move is less stressful, hooking up TV and computers, hanging pictures and setting up their new kitchens. As a Move Manager, I oversee the entire process; working with the client in floor planning the new location and sorting possessions if necessary, coordinating the movers and the liaison with the communities to make the move a "gentle transition" for our clients.

DecoPac is the worlds largest B to B cake decorating company. They specialize in food grade plastic toys to decorate cakes at store level. As the lead in the Creative Dept. for DecoPac's Licensed Product Development I was responsible for the communications and interaction with the Licensors in regard to product development, as well as all steps involved in developing the concept thru the production of all Licensed products in our line. I worked with Asian manufactures as well as Domestic suppliers. I was responsible with meeting Toy Safety Industry standards as well as DecoPac's high safety procedures for food contact products. Key licensors that I dealt with were: Disney, Marvel, Warner Bros.,DreamWorks, Nickelodeon, Mattel, HIT, Fox, Saban, MGA, American Greetings, Hallmark, Big Tent, NFL, MLB,NBA, NASCAR, WWE as well as many smaller licensing companies. During my career at DecoPac I also managed and developed product for our generic and seasonal cake decorating lines. For 8 years I was solely responsible for all marketing programs, product development , business management and relationship building with our largest licensor, the Walt Disney Company.

I was responsible for working with key licensors in the development of Character logo headwear. Key licenses were The Walt Disney Company, Warner Brothers Studios. I handled concepting through the manufacturing of the product to market. Interfaced on a regular basis with orient manufacturers,
