Ansvarig för att ge fysisk och emotionell omvårdnad till barn i olika åldrar med ansvar för upp till tre barn samtidigt i fem olika familjer. Förutom att vara en naturlig del av livspusslet har jag gett familjer ökad livskvalité samt hjälpt dem organisera om hela rum för ökad effektivitet. Projektledning med en rad olika intressenter, som var och en har olika behov och förväntningar.
