Thesis title: Construction of inducible and constitutive plasmids with HDAC2WT, catalytically inactive HDAC2H142A and SUMOylation-deficient HDAC2K462R and the role of HDAC2 in PDAC metabolism.Establishment of plasmids using standard cloning techniques in combination with Gibson assembly and PCR-site directed mutagenesis.
