Working at Marketing Ahead Inc, I was responsible for assisting customers with any inquires about their travels and itineraries based on their trip. Marketing Ahead Inc was a company based of Spain's Tourism. We provided customers with information based on the different paradores also known as luxury hotels based on historical buildings. As a customer service representative, I was responsible for keeping a well based relationship with my clientele, filing, emailing customers and heads of the company about new promotions and upcoming events taking prior to the company, I notified customers about their upcoming and outstanding balance, I answered phone calls on a professional level, and I mailed advertising and itineraries to customers. Working at Marketing Ahead Inc my most important role was building sales and assisting customers with their needs before their travel.
