- Collecting and managing trade orders received from institutional clients and ensuring the proper processing of such orders within deadlines- Monitoring pending trade activities, cash dividend payments, corporate actions- Handling all institutional clients requests relating to the overall fund distribution activity (account opening process, portfolio’s migration, deal processing, etc.)- Dispatching documents, such as contract notes, dividend confirmations and activity reports- Carrying out all tasks in order to achieve the KPIs on a monthly basis, such as share and cash reconciliation- Updating procedures- Liaising with internal departments of all CACEIS branches (custody, fund accounting, payment, dealing team) and external parties (transfer agents, distributors, SICAV), speaking both French and English

- be responsible for the organisation of board meetings and the preparation of board packs- attending board meetings and preparing draft minutes- be responsible for the organisation of annual and extraordinary general meeting and preparation of draft minutes- managing day to day queries from clients' portfolio- liaising with internal departments (ie. accounting, transfer agent) and external parties (ie. notaries, banks, auditors, CSSF etc.)- assisting legal department by handling the corporate documentation

- Handling all investor requests relating to the overall fund distribution activity (account opening, account maintenance, dealing, cash reconciliation)- Answering investor queries regarding transaction processing (order acknowledgment, contract notes, dividend confirmation, etc.) and reporting (on holdings, transactions, etc.)- Dispatching regulatory documents (Prospectus, KIIDs, etc.)- Customer service dealing with customers on a daily basis, speaking English - Maintaining regular contact with the Fund Distribution Team, speaking French- Managing all requests using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Following several activities related to the Management Company's business- Handling different tasks related to the Fund activity (File Management)- Supporting the preparation of the Board of Directors' reports and documentation on a quarterly basis- Participating at Management Committees and preparing supporting reports and documentation, twice monthly- Verifying the compliance of reports sent by the Investment Managers- Updating and reviewing policies and procedures- Maintining relations with third parties of the Investment Fund Industry (e.g. Investment Manager, Distributors, Central Administration, Custodian and Data Providers)
