Wallapop is a pure mobile marketplace app that helps people to buy and sell nice things nearby. During my stage as an intern, I had the pleasure to collaborate in three different marketing areas:· CRM/CLM: Supporting the strategy, launch, follow-up and evaluation of CRM campaigns in different channels (push notifications, in-app messages and email campaigns). Plus, creation of monthly reports and NPS surveys.· Content: Creation of different in-app content according to seasonality, real-time events and company's goals.· Press & PR: Press releases, extraction and evaluation of relevant and attractive company's data for PR&Press purposes and direct contact with the company's press agency.
