canine endeavour was started purely because we wanted to create gear for the high drive breeds, pups that pull on leashes, and endless adventures with your four-legged friend. All of our collars, leashes, and custom gear is handmade in Alberta, Canada by us. We value transparency, quality, and customer service. A portion of proceeds will be donated to local animal shelters as we believe every dog needs to be given a chance. In the Greeter/Receptionist role at Valentine Volvo, I ensured customer service was above company standards while balancing daily administrative tasks. These daily administrative tasks included processing vehicles upon arrival, schedule organization, answering the phone, filing, replying to and distributing emails and managing master Excel spreadsheets. As the Administrative Coordinator at GlobalFest for Summer 2019, I managed festival ticket inventory, box office volunteer staff, and the front office. My position required me to work directly with partners, sponsors, senior level management, and the festival public. I organized and ran festival promotional events which required that I ensured event logistics were in order, all ticket inventory was prepped, cash floats were counted, and staff working the event were prepared. I organized and led the 3rd Annual GlobalFest Golf Classic (charity golf tournament). I recruited volunteer support for the day, conversed with vendors, assisted in the development of golf course logistics, secured sponsorship for the tournament and auction items, and arranged for signage.

As a Sales Associate at Sport Chek, it was my responsibility to ensure that customer service and support was beyond company standards. I maintained store appearance through diligent acts of circling the store and arranging displays, ensured price accuracy of products, and applied knowledge to assist customers in purchase decisions. As a Sales Associate, I put into practice the loss prevention policies at Sport Chek and ensured they were followed.

As a Guest Services Ambassador for the Calgary Stampede during Summer 2018, it was my responsibility to ensure that customer service and support exceeded event and guest standards. I applied event and show knowledge to ensure guest experience exceeded expectations. I attended to guest concerns and provided issue resolution to guarantee that their experience at the Calgary Stampede surpassed expectations.

As a Server at Trolley 5 Brewpub, I worked with a large team of employees in the start-up of the restaurant during Summer 2016. I served up to 30 customers at a time and ensured that customer service and satisfaction was beyond company standards. In addition, I worked as a hostess for Trolley 5 Brewpub. In this role, I was required to balance customer experience with restaurant capacity. In this sense, it was my responsibility to ensure customers were seated in a timely manner, distributed throughout the restaurant, and their seating preferences were met. I worked closely with management in this position, ensuring the kitchen, bar, and service team were not overwhelmed. Finally, I worked with the Marketing Events team at Trolley 5 Brewpub to run an outdoor festival event on location. This required that I understand the scheduling of the event, capacity and bylaw regulations, the ticketing system, and handle payment at the entrance.
