The IM provided coaching and consulting to Nestlé businesses in the latest most relevant innovation and design thinking methodologies, lean startup, and agile mindset. What I did here: - Support the design and execution of the NovoEd e-learning path for innovation methods capability programs ( specifically the Innovation Coach Certification Program & the Blended Virtual Facilitation Program). We aimed first to provide a seamless easy flow where the e-learning and the live sessions complement each other. Our second and most important goal was to ensure the training adapts to the needs of the learners taking into consideration factors such as knowledge level, time constraints, and networking opportunities, among others all to provide the best learning experience. - Co-facilitation, co-design, and coaching of the Virtual Facilitation Program teaching skills for planning, executing and facilitating successful online sessions/workshops.- Design of MURAL experiential sessions or workshops for different purposes such as team building, brainstorming, innovation coaching, testing, etc. - Creation of all kinds of internal key communication content to gain visibility and promote the team and our activities in a consistent manner. Supporting with the creation of a a variety of visual assets videos, as well as presentation design, and copywriting. - Upgrade of SharePoint site to improve the receiver experience and better support the goals of the team. Spending my last 3 months at the IT Innovation One Team with the Office of Innovation & the Transformation teams.What I am doing here:I'm currently collaborating on the experience design for a hybrid Nestlé IT hackathon event. Adding gamification to keep the participants engaged along the way.
