Reporting to the CFO I solely managed and administered every aspect of Human Resources for a consortium of companies in the healthcare field conformed by MD at Home, Homescript Pharmacy, Dietitians at Home, and Wound Care Solutions. My responsibilities included: policy/process creation and management, compensation/benefits (analysis, design, administrator), employee relations/coaching, performance management, training, regulatory compliance, EEO, workers' compensation, and full cycle recruiting.During my role in Human Resources I worked closely with the owners to implement HR efforts aimed to communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision, participated in budget preparation activities in alignment with company goals, and assisted executive management in the annual review process.
