- Manages all phases of the executive search process for different industries and positions, including strategy definition, guiding the research process, identifying, attracting and assessing candidates, referencing, offer negotiation and client management. - Preparation of market and industry analysis to gain comprehensive understanding of the Client Company, industry and the position requirements.- Defines the search strategy in terms of industries and target companies, supervising Research output.- Completed assessment to internal or internal candidates, including hiring or promotion recommendations- Preparation of position specification, status, candidate and reference reports, as well as proposals and customized business development presentations for new business opportunities. - Telephone and in-person interviews in order to qualify candidates against position requirements and key competencies.- Serve as a daily point of contact for clients and candidates during the search process, help facilitate client decision making regarding candidate selection, participate in client meetings and update clients on search progress on a weekly / bi monthly basis. - Participated in regional and global searcher, working individually or as part of a global or regional team. - Contributes to business development through identification of new business opportunities.

- Responsible for defining and implementing policies, procedures and controls design to fully align information security area with the corporate guidelines. - Business Continuity Plan Management: critical processes identification, recovery strategies according to the relevance of each process, SLA´s agreement with support areas, critical provider’s analysis, etc.- Creation and development of a new information security culture (through marketing campaigns, regular meetings and communications with key stakeholders, etc.). - Reported to the Head of OPSCO, Regional Head of Business Continuity and Regional Head of Information Security.

Main responsibilities:• Change management to support successful Project implementation (critical success factors management, identification and management of key competencies, identification of organizational development facilitators and Project management).• Human Resources systems analysis and alignment and design of Strategic Communication’s Plans • Processes redesign and optimization in Finance, Accounting, Supply and Industrial Security• Design and implementation of Shared Services Center for two clients.
