Both from the external perspective as a consultant of a management consultancy and from the internal perspective of corporate development / in-house consulting, I find a lot of enthusiasm in managing small and large projects. Getting familiar with new topics and IT systems again and again, keeping an overview and sharing knowledge is what drives me the most. 2️⃣ No matter how exciting the project is, the most important thing for me is a committed team that I can always rely on - regardless of whether we work together on the project operationally, support each other across projects or just have an open ear for each other. A special element for me is learning from and through others and in turn offering colleagues the opportunity for development. 3️⃣ Both my heart and my strategic brain define digital transformation and climate change as the defining issues of the 21st century. Sustainability is thus relevant to me in everyday life and a decisive factor in corporate strategy. ╰┈➤ My future dream role is defined in the combination of my passions: As a project leader/manager related to sustainability issues, I want to use my skills to reduce emissions, develop sustainability strategies, and effect change. In my leadership role, I want to develop the potential of my team and my employees, so that together we can grow beyond ourselves and celebrate success. Of course, a change of society as well as a company does not happen from one day to the next. Therefore let us use every day 🍀
