I work with our clients to understand the specific language needs for every project. I work to solve the problems and challenges facing our clients, then craft the best solution. I work with their team to onboard them on how to implement our systems to efficiently utilize all our modes of services.

I manage the interpreting side of the company, with the largest contract being the Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) contract. We provide interpreting services to all of the 67 counties in Alabama. I coordinate 30-50 interpreting appointments on a daily basis, and handle quarterly interpreter workshops as well. In addition to the financial responsibilities (billing our clients and paying our interpreters on time), I also manage commercial, legal, medical interpreter coordinating. We have recently switched scheduling systems, and I managed the transition to a cloud-based system. The most common languages that we provide services are Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Creole, French, Russian, Arabic, Farsi, Hindu, Japanese, German, and also ASL. We provide services in many other languages as well.
