Work dignifies! This was a phrase that I always heard in my environment. My maternal grandfather started from the bottom and if he taught us anything it was the value of education and work. This has been so deep within me that it has led me to seek "give people work." I was born and raised in Guatemala, a country where, in my time, only 2% of the population had access to the University, so imagine. Those of us who were privileged with studies had the obligation to make the most of this. How? First working hard , second working hard and third generating work for others. Moving to Europe was very complicated for me at professional level. I came from this “exclusive group” of professionals to a world where everyone had the opportunity to go to university, so the value of education is not enough. Here, what language do you speak, what experience do you have and what did you study, in that order will determine your professional opportunities.My first step was to validate my knowledge, between, not without enough effort, a Master's degree in Belgium that Europeanized my diploma. I had the blessing of being part of a two-year international program. Where every 6 months we changed work area and country. After that for family reasons… I settle in Luxembourg. A country that I love, it is so international that I have never felt like a foreigner here. I am one more. This love for my second country has led me to my current job. “Bring Talent to Luxembourg” I believe so much in this country and in the power of this diversity.
