With a passion for understanding organizational behavior and fostering inclusive and equitable work environments, I am currently a Visiting Scholar at Macquarie University in Sydney (Australia), and an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Strategic People Management at Insper Institute of Education and Research in São Paulo (Brazil). As a Ph.D. candidate with an expected graduation date of the end of 2024, I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration - Organizational Studies from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) São Paulo Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Mackenzie University. My research interests span a wide range of topics, including resistance to diversity, discrimination, inequalities, human resources management, culture, climate, leadership, gender, and voice. I am a researcher at Fundação Getulio Vargas Center for Organizations and People Studies.
