After a global company's reorganization, with business and operation different groups established, I enter business support team as senior project manager, working closely to sales/presales people in order to prepare project proposals, workshops, demos and whatever needed to get new clients or projects. As part of the tasks: gather-review technical solution description from arquitects/consultants, give a planning approach and state budget from operational point of view (costs). Technical and Operations Direction is an Optare Solutions' department focused on providing the company with appropiate tools/processes/knowdlege/people/whatever so as everyone can develop his/her activities efficiently, at high quality levels. As a part of it, Resources Direction is in charge of:- evaluating how much capacity is needed by the company, according to the global business plan- asking for and helping to achieve needed capacity, in collaboration with Human resources department- managing Optare providers pool (looking for possible providers, negotiating master agreements with them and monitoring their performance)- integrating new Optare members into the company (planning and/or executing reception, initial training and first weeks tracking, both for internal and external resources, in collaboration with destination teams in other business units)- collaborative designe/implementation of training and career plans for Optare's team

Those projects have been ordered by the same customer and can be between 5 and 10 every 2-3 months. In order to achieve the main goal, I'm in charge of assigning among different projects our human resources: both PMs and technical resources.I'm also responsible for leading with situations, both internal and customer related, getting as soon as possible the best solution
