For over 10 years now I have been working as a Freelance Nutritionist and kinesiologist supporting my clients in making healthier choices in their lives. I don't apply the same diet twice and try not to be dogmatic about all the different nutritional theories I have studied. I mix, match and personalise using macrobiotic, detox, inmune balancing, microbiome, orthomolecular, hormone enhancing diets. In consultancy, I also apply holistic therapy to improving habits, cleaning away old, un-useful roles that lead to a happpier, healthier you. I use a variety of tools depending on the person and her goals: Emotion freedom techniques, Plant-therapy, Bach flowers, Reiki, Sound healing, Minerals, Magnets, Sacred Geometry, Symbols, the power of Words (NLP)...I also regularly give talks and courses on diverse subjects around nutrition and health for adults, children and therapists.
