I am an HR Leader with over 20 years of experience in developing HR teams and people leaders across diverse and innovative companies. I currently lead the HR, EHS, and Training Teams for JPS Composite Materials, North America’s leading manufacturer of high strength composite reinforcements and specialty materials for the Aerospace and Industrial Markets.As a strategic partner to the President/CEO and a member of the Leadership Team and Steel Partners Grow Council, I align the HR strategy to the business needs, remove barriers and embrace continuous improvement, and constantly grow and develop talent through feedback and coaching. I hold the SHRM-SCP and PHR certifications and have successfully managed multiple HR projects, from $175mm startups to $300mm closure and co-locations.
