• Assist Service Manager in managing all aspects of localization projects.
• Implement all tasks of project plan: update and maintain schedule, assign resources, update budget information and cut purchase orders to vendors, Q&A between vendors and project manager, perform and/or ensure quality.
• Effectively maintain project documentation.
• Manage smaller projects under supervision of project manager.
• Assist with Translation Memory and Terminology Database maintenance.
• Build relationships with vendors, project managers, and sales staff.

• Perform Quality Assurance for company-wide localization projects in multiple languages.
• Analysis of projects utilizing best practices, technology and processes to develop customized solutions for customers.
• Manage, track, and report on project/account financials.
• Proactively identify potential problems and implement creative solutions to eliminate project delays, driving issues to resolution.
• Perform Vendor Management/Recruiting and Sales Support tasks.
• Initiate, set up, create, review and provide quotes to clients.
