• Assist Service Manager in managing all aspects of localization projects.• Implement all tasks of project plan: update and maintain schedule, assign resources, update budget information and cut purchase orders to vendors, Q&A between vendors and project manager, perform and/or ensure quality assurance procedures are followed during the project.• Effectively maintain project documentation.• Manage smaller projects under supervision of project manager.• Assist with Translation Memory and Terminology Database maintenance.• Build relationships with vendors, project managers, and sales staff.• Provide high quality customer service at all times.• Follow project management procedures at all times.

• Perform Quality Assurance for company-wide localization projects in multiple languages. • Analysis of projects utilizing best practices, technology and processes to develop customized solutions for customers. • Manage, track, and report on project/account financials. • Proactively identify potential problems and implement creative solutions to eliminate project delays, driving issues to resolution. • Perform Vendor Management/Recruiting and Sales Support tasks.• Initiate, set up, create, review and provide quotes to clients. • Establish project definitions, schedules, and tracking project budgets. • Assembling teams of translators and editors for each project.• Working with vendors (translators, editors and DTPers) to ensure quality implementation and strict adherence to timeline on all projects. • Meeting deadlines, troubleshooting issues and participating in daily kick-off, post mortem and ongoing client communications meetings. • Assembling and verifying project files for final delivery to clients. • Participate in company-wide social media activities. • Participate in company-wide weekly trainings. • Create content for blog monthly to enhance company website visibility. • On-boarding/training new staff on PM tasks, accounting and company systems and monitoring until they are confident on working on their own.• Test, monitor and qualify vendors' performance.• Negotiate vendor rates as needed in order to increase project margins.• Work on recruitment efforts for RFPs creating vendor packets while keeping well organized and properly stored records for next opportunities. • Recruit and schedule/conduct interviews with potential PMs.
