The Commercial Office of Peru in Taipei (PROMPERÚ TAIPEI) is an extension office of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism of the Republic of Peru. The Office's primary objectives are to strengthen economic ties and trade, focus on promoting Peruvian products and services to the Taiwanese market, and offer assistance and information to Peruvian companies and its chamber of commerce in foreign trade issues, also take part in tourism and investments.I am based in Taipei and I specialise in promoting exports from Peru to the Taiwanese market and attracting Taiwanese investments to Peru, through the identification of commercial platforms international fairs, B2B match-making events and connection with importers. Forge commercial ties between investors from Peru and Taiwan identifying potential markets, through insights generation leading to industry promoting in both countries for private and public projects development such as exporting of consumer goods (food, beverages, coffee, etc.) or investments in creative services and tourism. Boost awareness by developing and executing online and physical events, I managed over 14 international and domestic promotions projects including campaigns, events, B2B match-matching events. In 2018, I planned and executed the first promotion campaign of Peruvian coffee in Taiwan increasing the Peruvian coffee sales by 33% and in 2020 creating the first online campaign of Peruvian coffee in Taiwan reaching an audience more than 5 million.

During 2018, I led a project called "PERU HOT" to promote multi sectors of Peru through different channels and events targeted to a specific audience. The sector consisted of gastronomy, tourism, superfoods, and textile. The 6-months long campaign was able to show the Taiwanese market Peru as a tourism destination as well as an investment opportunity.
