Managed purchases and services orders database in the CSR area efficiently by creating a monitoring system in Excel to alert significance changes in the data which helped to reduces delays on the execution of processes and CSR activities. Further, led initiatives to improve the search of information such as the digitalization of documents. Beyond my role, I also got involved in some community projects developed by CSR department such as "Health Brigade" which I supported the team in the logistic of the event, achieving our goal to provide medical service to more than 1000 patients.
