Hello! 👋 Welcome to my profile. Hope you have a wonderful time here. I would like to start by introducing myself. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a post graduate in Cognitive Psychology. Most of my professional career I have conducted end to end recruitment processes in diverse fields, from being part of the client's meeting discussing the requirements of the position to sourcing, interviewing, writing reports, to negotiating contracts. A little bit about myself, I'm always goal oriented, love working under tight deadlines 'cause I think that that keeps things interesting (but I'm flexible as well, fast pased work environments need that too, haha). Huge team oriented, I strongly believe that being able to help each other brings better results. I'm always with a smile on my face, bringing a positive mindset to work, and cool music/movie recommendations. I wrote a book back on 2020 and create psychology related to HR content. Fun fact I'm fluent in Spanish, English and Italian. Currently learning Chinese.I have been part of HR departments and conducting freelance recruitment processes as well. Currently I'm being part of Sophilabs, a company that specializes in providing IT services. Here I perform managerial duties as well as end to end recruitment procesess. I'm quite passionate about HR, psychology in organization environments, that's why I'm always learning new things. I could describe myself as a quite curious person, haha.
