About MeI’m part of the Oxfam Secretariat, helping ensure Oxfam’s work is accountable, transparent, and grounded in our values of equity and justice. Oxfam is a global confederation of 21 affiliates working in around 50 countries to tackle inequality and poverty.My RoleMy work spans four main areas:1. Risk ManagementI lead Risk Management across the confederation, producing the Global Risk Report, which identifies key organizational risks and informs decisions for the Oxfam Board. I advocate for a feminist, inclusive approach to risk management that supports bold, values-driven decisions.2. Internal AuditsI oversee internal audits for the Secretariat and work to enhance audit standards and practices across the confederation, ensuring accountability and transparency in everything we do.3. Anti-CorruptionCorruption prevention is about safeguarding trust. I manage corruption cases within the Secretariat and coordinate efforts to strengthen anti-corruption systems and standards across Oxfam.4. Anti-Terrorism FinancingI oversee compliance with anti-terrorism financing regulations, including sanctions screening, ensuring Oxfam operates responsibly in high-risk areas. I’m especially passionate about safeguarding data protection, balancing compliance with respect for privacy and security.Bringing People TogetherOrganizing global events has been a highlight of my work: • Oxfam Global Gathering (October 2023): Focused on global strategy and collaboration. • Oxfam Operations Conference (October 2024): Centered on operational excellence and shared learning.Both conferences, held in Nairobi, Kenya, brought together diverse voices and expertise to foster collaboration and innovation.

• Produced “The Silence of the Banks: An analysis on the Equator Principles Reporting”• Supported investigation and reporting of “Mind the Gap”, a benchmarking of the credit policies of International banks with respect to environmental and social responsibility• Prepared profiles and records on banks involved in “Dodgy deals”
